The Program Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the Implementation and Program Management teams. This critical position performs a variety of tasks relating to onboarding new customers, invoicing, reporting and data analysis all of which are key to establishing and maintaining successful relationships with Hospicelink customers.
A Hospicelink Program Consultant (PC) is primarily responsible for ensuring clients are thrilled with the solutions and services of Hospicelink and receive the most value from the services provided. The PC builds and maintains a healthy relationship with clients while ensuring issues and questions that arise are handled to the client’s satisfaction.
